Refund Policy - the basics

• Final Sale: All purchases of class/private packs,  are final and non-transferable.

• No Extensions: Unused credits or expired package timeframes are typically forfeited, with extensions rarely granted.

• Late, No shows, or late cancellation will forfeit credit.  min. of 8 hours is required to cancel 

• Exceptions: I may issue a credit for extraordinary circumstances, or allow early contract cancellation with prorated refund with formal proof for major medical issues or long-distance relocation
