Where should I start? If you are new to Pilates. You are required to purchase a beginner package. It includes 1 private and three classes. If you are experienced you may sign up for class sessions without purchasing beginner package.
Why am I required to buy a beginner package if new to pilates? There are many reasons. Some are: I will teach you equipment safety. It is important to know your machines before jumping on them. Learning your "neutral" pelvis and why this is important. I talk to you about breath work and how and why we breathe a certain way in Pilates. This way I am able to set you up for success and not have you feel lost in a class session.
When should I arrive? Please arrive to your session no earlier than 10min and no later than 5min before your session. This gives you time to prepare yourself. Classes start right at designated time. If you are later than 5min you will forfit your credit.
What is your cancellation policy? 8 hours I understand that life can happen and sometimes you may need to cancel your class. In an effort to make sure that everyone has access to my classes/privates, if you do not cancel 8hrs before your session, you will forfeit the class /private and your credit will not be returned.
What do I wear? Clothes that do not restrict movement. Please no zippers, rings that have stones/sharp edges or anything that will damage equipment. Men wearing loose shorts may want to wear tights underneath. Bare feet or grip socks. No shoes are allowed.

Is Pilates right for me? Pilates is for everyone! Please note that this is a home studio and stairs are present. With that being said if you have mobility issues or an injury that demands more attention (and you can navigate stairs safely). You will be required to book a private instead of a class.
How many times a week should I do Pilates? Once a week works but I recommend at least twice a week to notice results quicker.
What style of Pilates do you teach? I am BASI trained, and considered contemporary. Basi teaching blends classical roots with contemporary science.
Why can't I pay with a credit card? In order to keep class prices down, I will only be accepting cash or e-transfer.
